Our special conditions of sale ""Une nuit sur Loire"" General: ""Une nuit sur Loire"" offers 2 guest rooms, the ""Aubance"" room and the ""Layon"" room which can each accommodate 2 people. The rooms are fully equipped for the comfort of our guests. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries, hair dryers and hospitality products. Prices: Prices are per night and per room, breakfast included. The continental breakfast is served between 8 am and 10 am. The additional tourist tax is €0.80/person/night. Visitors: For regulatory and security reasons, the capacity of the accommodation may under no circumstances be exceeded. Consequently, visitors will only be admitted after prior agreement. Animals: Animals are accepted subject to prior agreement (see current rates). Use of premises:For reasons of cleanliness, safety and respect for other guests, our guest house is a non-smoking area. The use of the premises must be done ""as a good father"". The tenant must take care of the furniture and equipment made available to him. In the event of damage, the owners reserve the right to claim compensation. Reminder: it is not possible to take meals or bring food into the rooms and picnics are not authorized in the establishment. Reservations: Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owners a deposit equivalent to one night. The deposit must be made via the reservation form validated by the owners. Only the payment of this deposit will block the room. Following receipt of this deposit, a final booking confirmation will then be issued by the owners. For stays of one night only, arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.Failure to respect the defined time slots (delay or absence) will in no case give rise to a refund or compensation. Duration of stay: The customer occupies the accommodation in bed and breakfast for a fixed period and may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises. Payment of the balance: The balance of the reserved stay is to be paid on the day of arrival with the owners (by French checks, bank transfer, stripe or in cash - we do not have a bank payment terminal). Modifications / Cancellations: Any modification of date or formula, identity or number calls into question the reservation. Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email. The whole of our guest house, whether inside or outside, is cleaned very regularly and scrupulously. Contact surfaces are disinfected several times a day. Household linen is washed in accordance with health recommendations. Meals are organized in compliance with the necessary hygiene standards and recommended safety distances. We detail the measures taken in this document. Reminder: children are the responsibility of the parents for the duration of the stay. Delivery of keys, disinfected beforehand. We ask our guests to respect the distance of more than one meter with other guests. It is not possible to have a common table. If both rooms are occupied, breakfasts and meals are taken at different times or in the rooms. These times are specified in advance with our hosts.
